The session was delayed by about half an hour due to a meeting that was taking place inside the JICC conference room but nevertheless, Ben Sempai took us through the entire session that kicked off with the familiar warm up exercises followed by Mae and Ushiro Shikko among others.
SUWARI WAZA:
-Shomen Uchi Nikyo Omote and Ura respectively.

-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
TACHI WAZA:
-Ryote dori Shiho Nage Omote and Ura.
-Ryo kata dori Kokyu Nage.
-Jiyu Waza in groups of three featuring mainly Ryo Kata dori Kokyu Nage.
