this Friday we spent quite a while on ushiro-ukemi. Then we tried to utilize ushiro-ukemi during ai-hanmi kiri-otoshi.
Then we introduced ai-hanmi irimi-nage. Magnificent technique.
In contrast to other calsses, the one hour at Japanese Embassy seemed very short.

I concur on the 1 hour issue. It seemed very short indeed. And by the way, practising a technique is easier on one side. Take my ushiro ukemi for instance. Falling on one side is way much easier than falling on the other. Makes sense, doesn't it. I mean, the right hand can do more than the left hand, right?
