Once again it was Ben Sempai who took us through the day's session that kicked off as usual with warm up exercises followed by the basics of Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Suwari Waza.
The focus was a Shomen Uchi attack and how to safely counter the attack.
We went through Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura which laid the foundation for other techniques from the said attack.
It was Zagi Kokyu Ho and Haishin Undo that wrapped up the day's session.

Ben Sempai guided us through the entire session that kicked off with warm up drills followed by a series of Ukemi rolls before embarking on the day's agenda which was the basics of 'opening up' Uke during an attack.
We went through the opening of Ikkyo, Nikyo, Sankyo, Yonkyo and Gokyo from a Katatedori stance the focus being on unbalancing Uke and executing a technique from a static stance.
