The two hour session was conducted by our Japanese colleague Naoki UOZAWA and he took us through a wonderful session that was equally sweaty despite the drizzle outside.
After warming up and some Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari Waza and Tachi Waza respectively, Naoki Sempai took us through the following:
Katatedori stance
-Tai no Tenkan Ho.
-Shiho Nage Omote & Ura.
-Kokyu Nage version.
-Ude Kimenage.
-Kote Gaeshi.
Ryote Dori:
-Ikkyo Omote & Ura.
Morote Dori:
-Ikkyo Omote.
Yokomen Uchi:
-Irimi Nage(breathtaking version!)
The session came to a close with Kokyu Ho Kokyu Dosa and Haishin Undo.
