Yet another day with new faces as we had two ladies who joined the Aikido session on this particular day.
The session kicked off with a 'longer than usual' warm up session to prepare ourselves for the techniques of the day and this was followed by Mae Ukemi in both Suwari Waza and Tachi Waza.
Kitayama Sensei graciously requested me to 'take charge' of the whole session and given my limited experience in teaching Aikido, I concentrated on Ikkyo in both Omote and Ura from the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance.
The session came to a close with Haishin Undo.
