It is a big welcome to Sarah Sempai, one of the seniors members of Nairobi Aikikai who joined us for the session and it was good to see her once again.
Douglas Kohai took us through a light warm up session followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari and Tachi Waza and then the following:
-Katatedori Kote Gaeshi omote & Ura.
-Hanmi handachi Shiho Nage.
We wrapped up the session with Haishin Undo.
