tuesday,june 2,2015 session at the JICC conference


we went through a moderate warm-up session guided by sempai mwakio and practised,
mae ukemi,gyaku  ukemi and yoko  ukemi not forgetting shikko-ho waza.



walter kohai guided us through the following wazas;

shomen uchi-ikkyo    omote and ura

yokomen uchi-shihonage      omote and ura

yokomen  uchi-kokyunage

ushiro  ryotetori-kotegaeshi


we ended the session with hanshin undo
