Dear Aikidokas in Nairobi, I just came across your Blog and I am thrilled to learn that there is an Aikido community in Nairobi! I am living in Zurich but coming to Nairobi several times a year to Nairobi for business. I will try to visit your next training session January 12th 2016 and share practice with you when I am Nairobi. Is this possible? is there anything I should know or do beforehand? I am a member of Aikido Ikeda Dojo Zurich and would love to connect with you folks! I wish you all the best for the NEW Year and hope to find you all well in 2016!
