Friday, June 18th
Last Friday we had 20 participants. We tried gyaku-hamni kokyu-nage and then moved to gyaku-hamni ikkyo and then nikkyo. Both omote and ura versions.

OMG! I think for the first time ever since starting aikido I did not grasp any of the moves. All I remember is that ikkyo and nikkyo are almost similar, save for the grip. Anyway, the 1 hour was kinda short and I hope to make up for it this Wednesday...
