Sensei had an urgent meeting to attend to thus Jason Sempai was the sensei for the first one and a half hours then Naoki took over the last half hour.
We went through the following:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Nikyo and Sankyo(shorter and longer versions respectively).
-Kata Gatame through Ikkyo Omote.
-Escape from Ushiro Ryote Dori(Naoki speciality).
-Kata Dori Shiho Nage.
-Katatedori Shiho Nage Ura.
-Ryo Kata Dori Ikkyo & Shiho Nage(both Omote) respectively.
