There was yet another heavy downpour after the session and this time I was ''armed'' with a brolly though getting the feet wet was inevitable.
Naoki Sempai took us through the whole session and this is what was on offer:
-The basics of Tai no Henko.
-From the Katatedori stance:Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura).
-From a Yokomen Uchi attack:Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura),Juji Nage,Irimi Nage(Omote & Ura).
-From Hanmi Handachi Waza:Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura).
The session ended with Kokyu Ho Kokyu Dosa as well as Haishin Undo.
The attack(s)/technique(s) that stood out for me was Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage in both Omote & Ura respectively from Hanmi Handachi Waza as well as Yokomen Uchi Irimi Nage Ura.
