Thursday, December 15, 2016 session at the JICC Conference Room

We were taken through the year's last session at the JICC by Joshua Kohai who began with a warm up session followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Tachi Waza as well as Ukemi over 'obstacles' not forgetting Mae Shikko.

The rest of the session included the following:

TACHI WAZA :

-Katatedori Uchi Kaiten Nage Omote & Ura respectively.

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Nikyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Kote Gaeshi Omote & Ura respectively.

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Rokkyo.
