The day began with warm up exercises followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari Waza and Tachi Waza then we got down to business with the emphasis being on a Shomen Uchi attack....
From a Shomen Uchi attack,we performed:
-Tenchi Nage
-Shiho Nage through Ikkyo Omote
-Sumi Otoshi
-Kokyu Ho
-Irimi Nage
-Ikkyo Omote
-Kiri Otoshi
-A version of Kokyu Nage
The technique that stole it for me was Shomen Uchi Shiho Nage through Ikkyo Omote which when done fluidly really nails down the 'bad guy'.
It was a good session and I look forward to an even greater one today,Wednesday and Friday likewise.....
