Thursday, August 20, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

The warm up session kicked off with some stretching exercises followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi, Yoko Ukemi and Gyaku Ukemi all from Tachi Waza.

Afterwards, we went through the following attacks/techniques:

SUWARI WAZA:

-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote and Ura.

TACHI WAZA:

-Tai no Tenkan Ho followed by a version of Kubishime from a Kokyu Ho opening.

-Ryote dori Kote Gaeshi.

-Kata Gatame via the opening of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo, Nikyo, etc.
