Tuesday, August 18, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

We kicked off as is the tradition with warm up exercises to prepare ourselves for the main session which included Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Tachi Waza as well as Mae and Ushiro Shikko.

Afterwards,Tom Sempai took us through the following attacks/techniques:

HANMI HANDACHI WAZA:

Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote and Ura respectively.

TACHI WAZA:

-Ryote dori Tenchi Nage and Shiho Nage Omote respectively.

-Morote dori Kokyu Ho.

SUWARI WAZA:

-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage and Ikkyo Omote respectively.
