Tuesday, August 25, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

After a light jog around the 'dojo', we were more than ready to kick off with warm up exercises which included some of my favourite body conditioning exercises.

What followed next was Mae, Ushiro, Yoko and Gyaku Ukemi all from Tachi Waza before we embarked on the attacks/techniques of the day as follows:

SUWARI WAZA:

-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage Omote.

-Zagi Kokyu Ho.

TACHI WAZA:

-Uchi Kaiten Nage Omote.

-Soto Kaiten Nage Omote.

-Kata dori Nikyo Ura.

We ended the session with Haishin Undo.
