Friday, February 22, 2013 session at the JICC main hall

It was one fast paced session and Sensei took us through the below mentioned attacks & techniques:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori:Ikkyo(Omote & Ura),Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura) and Irimi Nage(Omote) respectively.

-Katatedori:Sokumen Irimi Nage,Tenchi Nage,Kokyu Nage,Ude Kimenage and Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura) respectively.

-Shomen Uchi:Ikkyo(Omote & Ura),Shiho Nage(Omote & Ura) and Irimi Nage respectively.

Tuesday(February 26) is grading day and all the very best to Dennis,Joseph and hopefully Kevin(I hope your shoulder injury has healed).They shall all be grading for Gokyu.
