Tuesday, February 5, 2013 session at the JICC Conference Room

Jason Sempai was at it again taking us through the paces and although he had an injured left toe,he still gave it his all.

It was a 'full house' with a good number of new comers and the following is what we went through:

FIRST HOUR:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori:Ikkyo(Omote,Ura),Nikyo(shorter version and Ura) respectively.

-Katatedori Ikkyo(Omote,Ura).

SECOND HOUR:

-Shomen Uchi:Ikkyo(Omote),Kote Gaeshi & Shiho Nage(Omote,Ura) respectively.

-Yokomen Uchi:Ikkyo,Shiho Nage(Omote) & Kote Gaeshi respectively.

NEXT SESSION:FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8 AT THE JICC MAIN HALL.
