Kitayama Sensei had informed us during the previous session that he was scheduled to travel out of Nairobi due to work commitments and the day's session was conducted by Douglas Kohai who after a brief warm up session,took us through the following:
-Reverse Kote Gaeshi(Kawakami Sensei's "version")
-Chudan Tsuki Kote Gaeshi.
-Kote Gaeshi with Uke standing and Tori seated on a chair.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Sankyo Omote.
-Kata Dori and Muna Dori Sankyo respectively.
-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage.
