Thursday, January 29, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

Given the current temperatures soaring as high as 29 degrees centigrade, the Gi gets drenched in sweat in a matter of seconds!

We kicked off the session with a light warm up session followed by Mae Ukemi from Suwari Waza. We then embarked on the attacks/techniques of the day as follows:

-Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote and Ura.

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Irimi Nage.

-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote and Irimi Nage respectively.

-Bringing down Uke using their "weak spot".

We wrapped up the session with both Zagi Kokyu Ho and Haishin Undo.
