Once again we had a newcomer join us for the Aikido session and we got down to business with the warm up session as well as Mae Ukemi from Suwari Waza, Mae and Ushiro Shikko.
The session mainly focused on the following techniques:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Nikyo(Omote & Ura).
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Kote Gaeshi.
