We kicked off the new month with an intense work out that featured the dreaded burpees, followed by Mae Ukemi (Tachi Waza) and Shikko.
The techniques of the day were as follows:
SUWARI WAZA :
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura.
-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
HANMI HANDACHI WAZA :
-Shiho Nage (two versions)
TACHI WAZA :
-Katatedori Shiho Nage (Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu version).
