It was one of those Tuesday sessions where space was scarce but all the same it was a great session with Jason Sempai taking over the first hour and PAZAT Sensei taking over the second hour.
FIRST HOUR:Jason Sempai
-Katatedori Kokyu Nage.
-Katatedori Tenchi Nage.
-Ryotedori Kokyu Nage.
-Ryotedori Tenchi Nage.
The first hour focused mainly on unbalancing Uke and centering oneself.
SECOND HOUR:PAZAT Sensei
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Nikyo Omote.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Sankyo Omote.
-Ushiro Ryotedori Ikkyo Omote.
-Ushiro Ryotedori Sankyo Omote.
The second hour emphasised more on controlling Uke.
ON FRIDAY, JUNE 28 (three weeks, three days from today),SENSEI WOULD LIKE US ALL TO MEET AT THE JICC MAIN HALL AFTER THE AIKIDO SESSION TO MAP THE WAY FORWARD IN FORMING OUR LONG OVERDUE ASSOCIATION AND TO ELECT MEMBERS WHO WILL DRIVE FORWARD OUR ASSOCIATION.KINDLY ALL THOSE WHO WILL BE AVAILABLE TO AVAIL THEMSELVES ON THE SAID DAY & VENUE FOR FURTHER DISCUSSIONS.
