Matthieu PAZAT Sensei was in charge of the two hour session and after a warm up session courtesy of Naoki Sempai,we went through the following techniques all executed from the Katatedori stance:
-Ikkyo Omote and Ura.
-Nikyo Omote and Ura.
-Kokyu nage.
-Ude Kimenage.
-Shiho Nage Ura.
Before the end of the session,Sensei presented certificates to those who passed their Gokyu grading namely:Dennis,Kevin and Joseph.Congratulations to the successful Aikidoka!
