Tuesday, March 12, 2013 session at the JICC Conference Room

Boy was I glad to be back on the 'tatami' and the session did not disappoint as it was fast paced and breathtaking.

Jason Sempai took us through the following techniques all being executed from the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance:

FIRST HOUR

-Ikkyo Omote & Ura.

-Kote Gaeshi Ura(Omote for advanced students).

-Shiho Nage Omote & Ura.

SECOND HOUR(Request hour)

-Nikyo Omote(Ura for advanced students).

-Sankyo Omote.

-Rokkyo.

-Ryote Dori Tenchi Nage.

-Kata Gatame through Ikkyo Omote.

Jason Sempai informed me that he attended one of Piotr BOROWSKI Sensei's sessions at the NYS Institute and it was quite an experience for him.
