Tuesday, February 03, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

The session began with a light warm up session followed by Mae Ukemi from Suwari Waza and then the following:

-Shiho Nage Omote and Ura from the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance.

-Sankyo Omote from the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance.

Ben Sempai joined us for the remainder of the session and guided us through thew following:

-Sankyo Ura from the Ai Hanmi Katatedori stance.

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Juji Nage Omote.

Another reminder to those joining us to observe dojo rules. A copy of the rules is available on request for your perusal. There is too much talking and lack of seriousness when in the dojo.
