Douglas Kohai took us through the warm up session which also incorporated Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Tachi Waza and Suwari Waza.
Afterwards, Toshiyuki Sensei took over and guided us through the following attacks/techniques:
-Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage Omote & Ura respectively.
-Yokomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.
-Ushiro Ryote dori Kokyu Nage.
The session ended with Ushiro Ryote dori Kokyu Ho.

Great class today with Toshiyuki Sensei taking us to basics of correct Yokomenuchi strike, and parries for ura and Omote. Great variation in techniques
