Vincent and I began with a jog around the 'dojo' before embarking on some stretching exercises followed by Mae Ukemi from Suwari Waza as well as Mae and Ushiro Shikko.
The following is what we went through:
-Katatedori Irimi Nage Omote.
-Imobilising Uke with a choke from the opening of Katatedori Kokyu Ho.

Kindly note that there will be no Aikido sessions on Thursday, October 30 and Tuesday, November 4, 2014 due to preparations for the 2014 Japanese Cultural Festival.
The annual martial arts demo is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 outside the JICC main hall.
