Tom Sempai guided us through the warm up session which also included Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Suwari Waza and Tachi Waza.
We also went through a session of Kokyu Nage whereby Uke would 'attack' Tori and Tori would respond using Kokyu Nage thereby 'forcing' Uke to do a breakfall.
With the guidance of Toshiyuki Sempai, Tom Sempai had the following techniques in store for the day:
-Tai no Henko followed by Sokumen Irimi Nage.
-Ryote dori Tenchinage.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Kote Gaeshi Omote.
-Katatedori Uchi Kaiten Nage.
-Katatedori Soto kaiten Nage.
The day's session ended with Zagi Kokyu Ho.

Thank you for the opportunity to Study today and to all who attended the class. Thanks also for the continuous assistance from Toshiyuki san who is a Yudansha with wealth of experience courtesy from years of training in Aikikai, Hombu dojo system. The noticeable efforts he wants to make is in movement and body positioning before, during and after performing a technique.For now we need to count in steps to master correct kinanagare. Let us continue studying hard and work on rolls and break falls. Have a wonderful weekend.
