Thanks again to the presence of Yudansha from Cairo, Nassim who is Sandan in Aikikai Aikido Iwama ryu. It was a refreshing class with emphasis on basics and original teachings of O sensei about Aikido being a Budo and way of harmony. Essence of mental and instinctual execution learned from repetition in training and correct basic techniques were seen in his movements. Greater understanding of Zanshin after an execution of a technique were also emphasized. A great insight though in short time. Welcome again Mr.Nassim.
