We went through a light warm up session and then went straight to the attacks/techniques of the day which were as follows:
TACHI WAZA:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote & Ura respestively.
-Shomen Uchi Sumi Otoshi.
-Shomen Uchi Gokyo Ura.
We wrapped up the session with Haishin Undo.
