Tuesday, September 1, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

After a brief warm up session followed by Ukemi using one and two Uke as an 'obstacle', we kicked off the session with the techniques mentioned below all from Tachi Waza:

-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Ushiro Ryote dori Sankyo Omote.

-Ryote dori Kote Gaeshi.

-Zagi Kokyu Ho.

We wrapped up the session with Haishin Undo.
