Thursday, September 24, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

Tom Sempai guided us through the entire session which began in a different format from what we are used to which is essential in preparing us Aikidoka to always anticipate anything and not being complacent at any given time.

We kicked off the session with the basics of Tai no Tenkan Ho before proceeding further with the following:

-Katatedori Kokyu Nage (various versions).

-Morote dori Kokyu Nage (various versions).

-Ryote dori Kokyu Nage (various versions).

-Tsuki (with Tanto) Kote Gaeshi.

We wrapped it up with Zagi Kokyu Ho.

The session was an eye opener especially for myself since it taught me the importance of using what I have learnt in class in a real life situation.
