It was raining outside but inside the 'dojo' it was humid and most of us were drenched in sweat by the time the lenghty warm up session was through which also included Mae, Ushiro and Yoko Ukemi from Tachi Waza.
The session featured the following attacks/techniques:
SUWARI WAZA:
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote and Ura respectively.
-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage Omote.
-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
TACHI WAZA:
-Ryote Dori Shiho Nage Omote
NEXT SESSION: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2016 AT THE SAME VENUE.
