Thursday, January 19, 2017 session at the JICC Conference Room

Given the large turnout that is being experienced since last week, there has been talk of having Aikido intakes maybe twice a year. That is yet to be discussed....

Daniel Sempai led us through the rest of the session but first was the warm up session courtesy of Douglas Kohai.

The day's session featured the following attacks/techniques:

TACHI WAZA :

-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Shomen Uchi Nikyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Tai No Tenkan Ho.

-Katatedori Kokyu Nage.

-Katatedori Kote Gaeshi Ura.
