The session kicked off with a lenghty warm up session followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi (both Suwari Waza and Tachi Waza) as well as Mae Shikko before we went through the following:
SUWARI WAZA :
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo Omote & Ura.
-Genkei Kokyu Nage.
TACHI WAZA :
-Ryote dori Shiho Nage Omote & Ura.
-Katatedori Uchi Kaiten and Soto Kaiten Nage (both Omote) respectively.
Haishin Undo wrapped up the day's session.
*A reminder to the newcomers to assist in removing the Tatami and storing it in the storeroom at the end of each session.
