Being away on Tuesday to attend to an official undertaking, I was eager to do some vigorous Ukemi and Toshiyuki San did not disappoint.
After a brief warm up session followed by Mae & Ushiro Ukemi (Tachi Waza) as well as Mae Shikko, Toshi San set the ball rolling with the following:
HANMI HANDACHI WAZA :
-Kokyu Nage (three versions).
TACHI WAZA :
-Katatedori Kokyu Nage (three versions).
-Morote Dori Kokyu Nage.
The day ended with Haishin Undo.
