Toshiyuki San guided us through the warm up session followed closely by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Tachi Waza and Toshi San seized the opportunity to focus on techniques based on Ukemi given the fact that there were only a handful of us.

-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
TACHI WAZA :
-Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote & Ura.
-Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage Omote.
-Morote Dori Kokyu Nage.
A good old back stretch (Haishin Undo) was a welcome relief to relieve the sore backs after an 'Ukemi full' session.
