Ben Sempai took us through the brief warm up session as well as the first half of the session and the focus was on Gokyu attacks/techniques:
From Tachi Waza:
-Katatedori Ikkyo & Shiho Nage Omote respectively.
We carried on the rest of the session with the following:
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo & Nikyo Omote respectively.
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote.
-Katatedori Uchi Kaiten Nage Omote.
From Suwari Waza:
-Kokyu Ho Kokyu Dosa.
We wound up the session with Haishin Undo.
Ben Sempai informed us that if all goes well, he will conduct a mock grading exam on Thursday, 4 September, 2014 for all those who have been practising Aikido for more than one year.
