We kicked off the session with a 30 minute + jog around the "dojo' and after a brief session of stretching exercises,we kicked off the techniques segment with a recap of last Thursday's attacks/techniques followed by some additional Gokyu attacks/techniques:
From Tachi Waza:
-Katatedori Ikkyo and Shigo Nage from both Omote & Ura respectively.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Ikkyo(Omote & Ura).
-Kata Dori Ikkyo Omote.
From Suwari Waza:
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote.
