Toshiyuki San arrived early for an appointment at the JICC and lucky for us, we kicked off the day's session quite early with the basics of Tai no Tenkan Ho, the opening of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Irimi Nage with emphasis on Tsugi Ashi as well as the Shomen Uchi attack.

-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo (Omote & Ura).
TACHI WAZA :
-Shomen Uchi Nikyo (Omote & Ura).
-Katatedori Kokyu Ho.
-Ryote dori Kokyu Nage.
Haishin Undo wrapped up the session.
