Thursday, May 11, 2017 session at the JICC Conference Room

The session kicked off as usual with warm up exercises followed by a round of Mae and Ushiro Ukemi as well as breakfalls before Toshiyuki San led us through the following:

TACHI WAZA :

-Morote Dori Kokyu Nage.

-Morote Dori Shiho Nage (Omote & Ura).

-Morote Dori Ude Kimenage.

-Morote Dori Koshi Nage.
