After a round of Mae and Ushiro Ukemi (Tachi Waza) and Mae and Ushiro Shikko courtesy of Walter Kohai, Toshiyuki San took over the rest of the session which was mainly about the basics of Morote Dori.
TACHI WAZA :
-Morote Dori Ikkyo Omote & Ura.
-Morote Dori Nikyo Omote & Ura.
-Morote Dori Kote Gaeshi.
-Morote Dori Kokyu Nage.
Sensei demonstrated the importance of balance and proper Kamae when executing Morote Dori techniques.
Toshiyuki San wrapped up the session with Haishin Undo.
