The outcome was manageable which is appreciated since more space is available for Ukemi and the like.
Warm up exercises followed by Mae and Ushiro Ukemi (Tachi Waza) as well as break falls and Shikko kicked off the session.
The better part of the session featured the following:
SUWARI WAZA :
-Shomen Uchi Irimi Nage.
-Reverse Kote Gaeshi.
-Zagi Kokyu Ho.
TACHI WAZA :
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Sankyo (Omote & Ura).
-'MMA version' of Ai Hanmi Katatedori Kote Gaeshi.
Haishin Undo wrapped up the session.
