After a warm up session followed by Mae, Ushiro, Gyaku and Yoko Ukemi (all Tachi Waza) as well as Mae and Ushiro Shikko, we went through the following attacks/techniques:
SUWARI WAZA :
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura.
TACHI WAZA :
-Katatedori Kote Gaeshi Omote.
-Ai Hanmi Katatedori Kote Gaeshi Ura.
-Kata Dori Ikkyo Omote.
-Ryote Dori Tenchi Nage.
The session ended with Haishin Undo.
