Before going any further I would wish to congratulate those who took part in the Aikido demonstration last Saturday.Unfortunately I could not make it due to several reasons but all in all thanks to all who made it because they have just made Nairobi Aikikai Association
Kshs 8,000 richer!

Furthermore, a big welcome to Rex who guided us through the warm up in Tuesday's session.Rex is a native of Philippines but has lived in Japan for the last ten years and to add the icing on the cake,he is a Sandan in Aikido! He is in Nairobi for a couple of weeks or so for business.Karibu Rex!

After the warm up,Daniel Sempai took us through the following attacks/techniques:

-Katatedori Kokyu Ho.

-Ryote Dori Kokyu Nage.

-Ryo Kata Dori Kokyu Nage.

-Shomen Uchi Kata Gatame.

-Yonyo Omote through the opening of Uchi Kaiten Nage.

-Kata Dori Nikyo(Omote & Ura respectively).
