Walter Kohai was in charge of the session and truly speaking, it was fast paced.
Vincent Kohai took us through the warm up session including Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from both Tachi and Suwari Waza before Walter Kohai guided us through the following attack(s)/techniques:
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura(Shomen Uchi from the static stance).
-Morote dori:Kote Gaeshi, Ikkyo Omote and Shiho Nage respectively.
-Hanmi handachi Shiho Nage.
The session ended with Zagi Kokyu ho.
