Thursday, April 02, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

Vincent Kohai was our day's Sensei and after getting us through the warm up session as well as Mae and Ushiro Ukemi from Suwari Waza plus shikko.

The following are the attacks/techniques we practised:

-Chudan tsuki kote gaeshi omote

-Jodan tsuki kote gaeshi omote & ura respectively

-Shomen uchi ikkyo omote

The session ended with Zagi kokyu ho.
