After a work out session followed by Mae Ukemi from both Suwari & Tachi Waza as well as a tutorial on how to fall back safely, we kicked off the session which concentrated on the following:
-Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote
-Katatedori Shiho Nage Omote
Kitayama Sensei pointed out some very important points such as Uke maintaining eye contact with Tori and whenever in the Katatedori stance, Uke should always be alert and assume that Tori is holding a weapon, etc.
