Thursday, April 23, 2015 session at the JICC Conference Room

Walter Kohai was at it again taking us through the paces and after warming ourselves up with some exercises as well as Mae Ukemi and the basics of Ushiro Ukemi followed by Shikko, the following attacks/techniques were on the day's "menu":

-Morote Dori Ikkyo Omote, Kote Gaeshi and Shiho Nage respectively.

-Mune Tsuki Kote Gaeshi.

-Kata Dori Nikyo Omote & Ura respectively.

-Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage Omote.

-A version of Ushiro Kubishime Sankyo (covering Tori's mouth with one hand and holding his/her wrist with the other hand).

We wrapped it up with Zagi Kokyu Ho as well as Haishin Undo.
